Marshawn Lynch Settles Into New Hamburg, NY Home

Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch was selected by the Bills as the 12th overall pick in 2007 NFL Draft out of the University of California, Berkeley. Lynch would go on to rush for 1,115 yards, making him only the second Buffalo Bills rookie running back in team history to rush for over 1,000 yards.
In July of 2007, property records show that the rookie running sensation paid $305,000 for a townhome in Hamburg, New York. In early 2008, Lynch set his sights on another home in Hamburg. Property records show Lynch paid $560,000 for a 2-story pool home. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half, a 2-car garage, and 3,524 square feet.
While at California, Marshawn Lynch was the school's second all-time career rusher with 3,230 total yards. He also holds the school record for most 100+ yard rushing games at 17.
Hamburg, New York is located a few miles south of Buffalo.

Property records show Garrard paid $2.9 million for the home, which offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a breakfast nook, 3 lanais, library, guest casita, swimming pool, plus a covered balcony and game room on the second floor. The home also offers a loft view tower on the third floor, and a total of 6,181 square feet.

Joel Glazer, executive vice president of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has purchased a home in Tampa, Florida's Harbor Island community. Built in 2002, the waterfront home offers 5 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, an office with a built in library, media room, wine cellar, a master suite on each level, saltwater pool with a separate jacuzzi, exercise room, boat dock, and a 4-car garage. The home was on the market for $6.2 million.
Joel Glazer and wife Angela still maintain another home in Tampa worth just under $2 million which they purchased in 2000, and yet another in Palm Beach, Florida, which they purchased in June of 2007 for $9.3 million. The 6,124 square foot Palm Beach home was built in 1938 is currently undergoing extensive interior renovations.
Joel Glazer is part of the Glazer family who control First Allied Corporation, the Zapata Corporation, the Tampa Bay Bucs, and England's Manchester United Football Club. Glazer's father Malcolm has been the owner of the Bucs Since 1995. In May 2005, Malcolm paid $1.47 billion for 28.7 percent of Manchester United. Joel Glazer and brother Avram were appointed joint Chairman of the Manchester United board by their father Malcolm.

Andruw Jones, the longtime Atlanta Braves center fielder recently traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers, has purchased a new home in Duluth, Georgia's Sugarloaf Country Club. The new purchase is just a baseball's throw away from his other home - a mansion at 2931 Grey Moss Pass, which property records show he purchased in July of 2002 for $2,775,700.
This new home purchase seems to indicate Jones will be placing the massive dwelling at 2931 Grey Moss Pass on the market.
Built in 2001 and priced at just over $1 million, the home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, 3-car garage and a swimming pool.
All-star center fielder Andruw Jones purchased this home not long after his
trade to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Jones is also selling a condo in Aventura, Florida which property records show he purchased in September of 2005 for $1,682,000. Located on Williams Island, unit 1601 at the new Bellamare tower is currently listed for $2,995,000. Aventura is located in the Miami metropolitan area.
Andruw Jones was selected to the All-Star game in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2006, and had won the Gold Glove Award in each season with the Braves.
Kimbo Slice Settles Into New Home in Coral Springs, Florida

Former backyard brawler turned mixed martial arts fighter Kevin Ferguson, better known as "Kimbo Slice", is settling into his new home in Coral Springs, Florida.
Built in 1998, property records indicate that Kimbo purchased the 2-story, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,340 square foot home in September of 2007 through his manager for $525,000.
Kevin Ferguson, aka Kimbo Slice, purchased this home in late 2007.
Prior to the purchase, Kimbo had been a longtime resident of Perrine, Florida, located just south of Miami.
Kimbo first earned his fearsome street fighting reputation from a series of backyard brawl videos which were posted on the Internet starting in 2004.
Kimbo made his MMA debut in Atlantic City on June 23, 2007 against former WBO Heavyweight champion boxer "Merciless" Ray Mercer at Cage Fury Fighting Championships 5. Kimbo defeated Mercer at 1:12 of the first round with a guillotine choke submission hold.
Since his debut, Slice has won both of his subsequent matches, the most recent being a 43 second KO of legendary brawler David "Tank" Abbott.
