Matt Leinart - Life in Chandler, AZ

Arizona Cardinals' quarterback Matt Leinart is celebrating one year in his Chandler, Arizona diggs. The 24-year-old from Santa Ana, California played collegiately for USC and was selected tenth overall in the 2006 NFL Draft by the Cardinals.

Leinart's home pretty much leaves nothing to be desired: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and and one half, 5,393 square feet, and a swimming pool which looks as though it came straight from a theme park.


Matt Leinart purchased this Chandler, AZ home in February of 2007.

Property records indicate that Leinart paid $2.3 million for the home which was built in 1996.

Leinart has a 1 1/2 year-old son named Cole, with USC women's basketball player Brynn Cameron.


UFC President Dana White Buys Las Vegas Home

Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White has purchased a home in west Las Vegas for $525,000. The two-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, loft, fireplace, media room, hot tub, and has a total of 3,151 square feet.

Property records indicate the home was built in 2001.

The UFC prez also owns two other homes in Sin City. In June of 2006, White purchased a home worth roughly $1.6 on Pine Island Ct., from Frank Fertitta III, a majority owner of Zuffa, LLC which is the parent company of the UFC. Three months later he purchased a home in south Las Vegas on San Sicily Ct., worth approximately $1 million.

Started in 1993, the UFC is a mixed martial arts organization headquartered in Las Vegas. The UFC was purchased by Zuffa, LLC in 2000. Frank Fertitta III and brother Lorenzo are the co-founders and majority owners of Zuffa, LLC, with Dana White owning 10% of the company.


Jacksonville Jaguars Defensive End Bobby McCray's New J-Ville Home

Bobby McCray, defensive end for the Jacksonville Jaguars, is settling into his new Jacksonville, Florida home. Property records show that the twenty-six-year-old from Miami paid $762,500 for the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, which also includes a breakfast room, office with a library, bonus/game room, and a second-story balcony which overlooks the pool. The home boasts 3,563 total square feet.

this Jacksonville, Florida home for $762,500.

The home was originally listed for $849,000, which means McCray saved an impressive $86,500.

McCray began his NFL career with the Jaguars in 2004.


New Braves Assistant GM Bruce Manno Settles Into New Peachtree City, GA Home

Bruce Manno, longtime director of player development for the St. Louis Cardinals, officially took on assistant general manager responsibilities for the Atlanta Braves in September of 2007.

A resident of Chesterfield, MO since 2002, Manno is now calling the Atlanta, GA suburb of Peachtree City home. Manno's new home offers more room and amenities than his Missouri home, which he currently has on the market. Manno's Peachtree City home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and large patio which is enclosed by a large privacy fence. Property records indicate Manno purchased the home for $430,000, and the sale was finalized on December 19. The original listing price was $462,400.
