San Francisco 49ers General Manager Scot McCloughan's New Los Gatos, CA Home

Scot McCloughan, the San Francisco 49ers top personnel executive, was announced as general manager Wednesday. McCloughan joined the 49ers in February of 2005.
In April of 2007, the San Leandro, CA native purchased a home in Los Gatos, CA for $2.9 million. The new 2-story Tuscany home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, fireplace in the living room and master bedroom, wine cellar, 3-car garage, barbeque area, and 3,527 total square feet.

Oklahoma Sooners head coach Bob Stoops is selling his condo on Key Biscayne for $570,000. Property records show that Stoops paid $400,000 for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Commodore Club condo, with 1,260 total square feet, in May of 2001.
The Commodore Club offers a swimming pool, exercise room, tennis courts, and 24 hour security.

Bob and wife Carol also own a beachfront condo near St. Augustine, Florida which they aren't ready to part with. Golf great Greg Norman and former tennis champ Chris Evert recently announced their engagement. Both now own homes in Boca Raton, FL since Norman plunked down $7 million for a home there nearly a year ago. The purchase came on the heels of both Norman and Evert divorcing their longtime spouses. Evert married Olympic skier Andy Mill in 1988, Norman married Laura Andrassy in 1981.
