Bruce Gradkowski Buys Home in Tampa

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Bruce Gradkowski has purchased a $340,000 apartment on Harbour Island in Tampa. Nicknamed the "Polish Rifle", Gradkowski's new home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,332 square feet, and is a designated as a corner unit.

Bruce Gradkowski's home is just minutes from downtown Tampa.

Gradkowski played collegiately for Toldeo, where he set a Mid-American Conference season record by completing 71.2% of his passes. Gradkowski also won MVP in 2005 at the GMAC Bowl where he threw five touchdown passes, leading his Rockets to a 45-13 victory over the UTEP Miners.

Boston Celtic Ray Allen Buys $4.6 Million Home in Wellesley, MA

Six-time NBA All-Star Ray Allen of the Boston Celtics has purchased a $4.6 million colonial-style home in the suburban Boston town of Wellesley. Allen's new home, which was completed in 2007, has just over 11,000 square feet and includes 7 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, a 3-car garage, and sits on 1.44 acres of land.

The Town of Wellesley is located approximately 13 miles west of Boston and has a population of about 27,000.

Allen spent the first 6 and 1/2 years of his career with the Milwaukee Bucks, where he became the eighth-leading scorer in Bucks history. In February 2003, Allen was acquired by the Seattle SuperSonics. On March 12, 2006, Allen became the 97th player in NBA history to score 15,000 points. On April 19, 2006, against the Denver Nuggets, Ray Allen broke a ten-year-old NBA record held by Dennis Scott for three-point shots in a season, when he put home his 268th. On June 28, 2007 Allen was traded to the Celtics.


Wade Phillips Settles in to New "Big D" House

Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips who has led his new team to an impressive 6-1 record this season, is also settling in to his new $2.5 million home in Preston Hollow - a prestigious neighborhood located just a few miles north of downtown Dallas. The home has 5 fireplaces, 8,772 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, game room, covered loggia, library/study, media room, exercise room and a wine cellar.

Other notable residents of the neighborhood are Dallas mayor Tom Leppert, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, famed Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach & famed Cowboys linebacker Chuck Howley, and Tom Hicks - owner of the Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers & Liverpool F.C.

Wade Phillips has also held the head coaching postition for the New Orleans Saints, the Denver Broncos, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Buffalo Bills where he led them twice to the playoffs.


'Bad Deed Do-er' Michael Vick Selling Georgia Home

The Atlanta Falcons took on a great deal of negative attention in 2007 as a result of quarterback Michael Vick's role in a brutal dogfighting case - a case in which numerous dogs were found deceased on property he owns in Virginia. In late August, Vick pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to operate an interstate dogfighting ring and will be sentenced on Dec. 10, 2007.

As reflection of his serious legal woes, Vick has placed his Duluth, GA home on the market with an asking price of $4,500,000. Built in 2004, the lakefront home located in the affluent Sugarloaf Country Club, includes 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms, library, and a recreation room. Property records indicate that Vick bought the home in May of 2005.

Rashard Lewis Buys Orlando-area Home

Orlando Magic forward Rashard Lewis has purchased a home in the Orlando suburb of Winter Park. The nearly $5 million, newly-constructed home has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming pool, and a lounge with a wet bar and pool table.

Rashard Lewis joined the Orlando Magic in July after playing his first 9 seasons for the Seattle SuperSonics.
